Our chief repair man, Jake Shaver (aka Yah-kee, Jukebox, Snake, the Jerk) began working here in 2009. He works part time as a supervisor at UPS. If he doesn't have a Type B personality then no one does. He pitched in college.
Lindsay Gadd serves as our first string customer service representative. She is currently studying Business Finance at UTC. When she's not talking with customers she is spending our money.
Tim Searfoss is an accomplished artists whose work can be viewed in various galleries around Chattanooga. He does freelance video and photography as his primary occupation but joined us part time because he found us to be that cool and jewelry to be that fascinating. At 5'11" weighing in at 179.9lbs, from Chattanooga Tennessee, ladies and gentlemen, Tyler Smalley. He joined us in 1998 and married Arney's youngest daughter. He appraises, designs, phtotographs, and throws our annoying customers to the curb.
Lawrence George Nix Jr. has been our work horse since 1997. With stone setting and repair experience from four other jewelry manufacturers, he is probably the most efficient jeweler in this city. He enjoys long walks in the woods with firearms, fast cars, westerns, and Dodge trucks.
